I was thinking something similar.

Take out dumfries, move Darmian to RB, put on Mkhi and play 4312.

But ofcourse we know inzaghi wouldnt even try that in a video game. He is too conservative for that, the initial approach must work or else its better to not win the game, apparently.

Inaghis idea of tactical changes during a match that isnt going well, is to throw massive amounts of random subs on after we go behind.

I don't get why when Torino sends a long ball in our half, and a defender clears it with a header, there are 3-4 Torino players, who are waiting to get the clearance, and none from the Inter's midfielders.
