Even the cab driver who supported Milan told me he was afraid Inter would win 4-0.

Just enjoying my coffee and reading the newspapers on my balcony. Tension is rising but we got this. Got tickets next to the away stands so this is going to be gold.

Forza Inter!!! :interflag:

Pioli should go full school bus 5-4-1 counter.

Calabria- Kalulu-Kjaer-Thiaw-Theo
Messias- Tonali-Krunic-Leao
‐------------------Giroud

Mallorca completely nullifying Ancelotti atm with this tactic, 1-0 lead with Real 0 shots on goal ( but 70% possession)

Whatever happens, with any formation change they will be the ones who need to quickly adjust in game. We've been drilling on this setup 4 years , same regular players, yet teams will suffer against us.

I think Mikhy will score tonight.

Forza Inter!

Leao is always the main threat, no discussion. But Messias has a good dribbling and a decent finishing. Watch him cause a lot of threat tonight
Has no right foot. As long as you force him onto his right it's easy to nullify.

If milan starts with that reported 3-5-2, it's actually one of the worst teams I've heard of this year. We need to beat that team incredibly comfortably. At least 3-0 again, would love to really put an exclamation mark on this, 4 or 5. And I'm feeling confident.

One thing is certain. No matter who wins, "Pioli is on fire" will be sang after the match :D

Most sources are reporting that Milan will indeed play a 352. I get that they're desperate for a result here but it just seems like a wild risk for Pioli to take. How comfortable are they playing that system? How well drilled are their players? Messias as a makeshift CM?

If it backfires and they start getting overrun I suspect they'll transition to a 433 with Calabria tucking in as some sort of wide-ish CM and Origi playing on the left.

352 won't help them. Their issues are fundamental.

They will start well with high intensity. But breakdowns will occur we just need to convert them. Only way they win this one is if we play poorly but I expect our boys to get the job done.

They still have Tatarusanu in the goal so anything less than a win would be shameful.

Be interesting to see how he lines up, just hope we don't prepare any different, sneaky little tactics like this can be distractions and we don't need anymore.

He’s not good, definitely not a #1, but I’d still take him over someone like Radu. I think milanisti are trying to shift too much blame to him. They’re just used to Maignan playing in god mode and consistently saving their asses and obscuring any potential defensive weaknesses they may have.
