I have more faith in Maxwell than Chivu... Max is our usual starter and far from a weakness... I'd go with him over anybody. Obviously Evra is good but people are over rating him in here...



Manchester have 2 games in hand... They will probably beat Stoke city and Middlesbrough so they will go equal second. C.ronaldo is still ripping it up man... He will be there biggest weapon like always. Rooney is another machine and those 2 together... Crazy. Berbatov anyone?

ronaldo ISNT playing well, and if ferguson plays rooney out of position on the right(as he has numerous times)he will be inefective,all you need to do is wind up the fat bastard and he will soon be lunging in left right and centre, berbatov has been nothing special,they are playing poorly and you should have a GREAT chance of beating them,especially with vidic out.as regards pace/tempo utd dont tend to play that way as much in europe,they have been scraping 1 nil wins for a while,and i cant understand why a lot of you doubt your chances.

Vieira could play for any defensive mid and we do not have any injury concern around Feb if things stays as it is. Cruz is a shaky starter as well, our team cannot find a good striking partner for Zlatan yet.

I agree with this.

The only real question marks at this stage (assuming no injuries) are who will partner Ibra upfront? could be Cruz, Adriano or Balotelli. Neither particularly convince me at this stage, but i'd be tempted to give Adriano a go because of his obvious talent and I think he can cause the most problems to Evans and Rio. Also if Chivu returns, will he return to the starting lineup? If so, at LB in place of Maxwell or CB instead of Cordoba?

I would like to see IL Muro-Chivu at the back again like back in the 03-04 Roma days. I remember those days...man those 2 were brilliant...the only one who got past them was unfortunatelly Shechenko... anyway Cordoba-Samuel works very very good at the moment

Yep, you're totally right. I know people have Cordoba down as being a bit shakey, but he does form a good partnership with Samuel. He's a speedy man marker which compliments Samuel's dominance in the air and physicality.

tactically cordoba is just OK i think. He uses his speed smartly but its apparent that he struggles against technical players. As for samuell who is quite the opposite. Wally uses his strength and perception of the game, which therefore he has to use his speed less. Samuell and Cordoba have perfect qualities that compliment each other, so yes il muro

Yup..Flight,and hotels booked(Milan and ROme).Only game tickets are missing and i am in deep agony right now.Whether to wait and buy off the official site by begining of Feb or do it with another site where not only will they charge me more but i will be left wondering where the hell will they seat me??

I really want to get the best possible ticket from the Inter site and dont mind the price.:boogy:

well i think it's 14 days before the game in ''real'' sales points. i'm not sure when you can buy tickets online.

for derbys i always order tickets from a travel agency which has some season tickets. unfortunately it costs 3 times more than it should.

After watching there game against Chelsea at Trafford... it kicked in. We are not looking like a team that can have any chance of beating them. They pretty much destroyed Chelsea in the second half. It was cool to see Jose in the crowd studying but how the fuck is he going to get us through this... I havent lost my faith but we will have to be at our absolute best if we want to win this one.

If Jose wants to prove to the world that he's the best, here is his chance...

Well after cloesly watching that game, i am hoping that the saying nothing fails like success is applicable in this situation.

They absolutely blew Chelsea out of there.Chelsea were toothless,mindless,and guttless. It seems Scolari cant motivate or get anything out of them these days (i predicted it )

However i am not giving up hope.I hope they thrash everyone from now till they meet us.That will make us probbaly bring our A game.
