There isn't any ManciniOut hashtags or comments, most people were calling out his bad formation.. nothing more, nothing less.

Any exaggeration is your typical post match anger.

Some people are emotional and irrational during the games, don't berate them if they criticized what they saw as a bullshit lineup or a bad performance by a player. The same goes to the earlier win celebrations or the Juve hate. As for the community, I tend to believe that most people (at least the constantly active and aware ones) are preserving their judgment until May whether they doubt or believe in our chances this season.

Not everyone though since guys like Fap, Universe, Wings, Shaun, wera, Jrgnsn and others have voiced their concern during the earlier match commentaries on our tactical shortcomings, set-pieces, needless rotations... etc.

I didn't say people were calling for him to be sacked, but the bipolar mentality of this place depending on whether or not we win or lose is annoying. I've heard a fair amount of people calling Mancini a shit manager for example, you can't say you ever heard that recently. I'm not berating anybody for criticizing Mancini's lineup or Melo's performance, it's more about people making exaggerated clams like Melo shouldn't play ever again for us and he should be sold only off this match and that foul.

It's completely unfair to use the term "everyone", true, but a lot of things dropped off the radar after the season began. Our lack of a long term plan and Mancini being a shit manager, although that seems to have returned after this loss. Basically I think that everyone needs to chill out.

Didn't see the game, only the highlights. Today they scored in a laboratory play and a horrid mistake from an out of mind player.

From what I see in stats, Lazio sit back after the first goal and we had the same problems in piercing a defense and because today we didn't have Ljajic then it was a lot harder.

I am not worried at all in the mentality aspect. I am pretty sure we won't crumble mentally because of this defeat (we have winter break to cool down no pun intended) and as long as M&M and Handa maintain their level, it will still be hard as hell for the 80% of the league to score us.

This team is at the top of the table because of high individual form and great mentality. The mentality, I don't think we will lose it any time soon. Individual form? That is what worries me a little. Till how long will Murillo and Miranda keep it like they are right now? We will see...

Well let me rephrase it then...

The problem for me is not individual mistakes, poor form or bad luck, but is the approach of Mancini. I mean, his first goal was to make solid defense until the all new players make a good team. Ok, now we have now solid defense, but next step of the team's building is still missing. It's impossible to put Medel and Melo alongside and to expect something different than aimless passes and no idea how to create an opportunity. For me the fielding of two pure DMs like Melo and Medel shows that Mancini doesn't trust to midfielders and attackers are capable to track back properly.

rotation is acceptable

complacency is not

we have to be careful about why we make certain decisions. Why Montoya started 3 matches in a row after 3 months without playing, I dont know. What Brozovic has to do to be a regular starter is beyond me.

It's such a shame that we had that abysmal performance especially after Mancini have stated a few times before the match that the team's focus should be in attacking and we go on and show one of our worst offensive displays against one of the worst form teams in the league. Taking one step forward (Brozovic/Ljajic's performance as of late) and two steps backward (not playing any of them and that embarrassing formation) is appropriate for the situation

I agree it was one of our worst offensive displays this season due to the choice of fielding two pure wingers, a ball hog named Jovetic and Icardi all at the same time.

But it definitely wasn't an out of form Lazio side despite their previous results pointing the other way. They were pressing us since minute 1 and seemed more motivated and convinced that they'd win the game. That surely isn't a trait of an out of form team. I guess the fact that Pioli's job was on the line mainly contributed to their performance.

I just hope Mancini and the players learned a lesson. He did say he wrongfully thought Perisic and Biabiany would work out, so maybe there is still hope that we may never see that again

:work:

you might want to cut back on brothel jokes, before you end up working for a Marko from Tropoja in liverpool. Not even Liam Neeson can save your hairy ass

Let's not pretend like he wasn't a big part of the run we went on early in the season. He has gone off the boil lately but his mentality was actually helping the team through the first 5 rounds or so.

you guys still think we dont need a bossing central midfielder?

first to blame mancini, then the players.

Icardi is younger than probably most of us here and has nerves of a 35 year old world class veteran of football. FUcking melo man... And not just melo, but jojo as well had some stupid reactions, bro as well, perisic and telles almost went into fist fight with telles yelling at him "basta basta" which is very mature of him and veery stupid of perisic to actually argue when he has been literally shit for us (come to think we dragged his transfer for ages).

Biabia is not a starting material, say what the fuck you want, ill end it there.

Ljajic is the leader of this team, Ljajic asks for the ball and makes sure you get the ball.

I personally cant stand Medel as a starter.. I think Bro and Kdog are much better than him in any given day... And yet i think Bro is not a starting material.

Cant blame about our defense, cos they played as they usually do. Two of the goals were not their fault nor Handas. Montoya was good, i like him, but cant really do much with Medel, Melo and fucking biabia on your sidee of the field...

Anyway, blame on Mancio, i hope he is man enough to admit that and also never repeat this starting formation.

I hope we get at least one really big name in January, cos we need one for sure. A central midfielder is a must, i dont care about his age to be honest, wee are way to deep in the season (yah half of it, is too deep) to start to calculate shit and experiment. Get pirlo for the rest of the season or Xavi for that matter, just get someone...

no, surprisingly, biabiany has not gone from mediocre player at parma to world class winger suddenly

he's pretty poor, his pace is an interesting and often useful option, but he's far too limited imho.

The overreaction is pretty hilarious honestly. You guys all need to calm down, jesus.

This place is bipolar as fuck. At the beginning of the season, everyone was shitting on Mancini and the lack of a long term plan. Then we won a lot of games, and barely anyone had anything bad to say about Mancini. Everyone had also forgotten about the long term plan and Melo was (justifiably) considered to be a great signing. Now we lost a game, Melo can go fuck himself (a lot of people who didn't write shit about him come out and claim they always knew he was dogshit ), and Mancini is a piece of shit manager... awesome. But when I didn't only say good things about our season earlier on and I wasn't shying away from a discussion, I was taking gratification in the team being shit and was arguing for the sake of arguing... pretty hypocritical.

A Stramaccioni-like collapse isn't going to happen for christ sake. After all, we would've probably finished fifth that season had it not been for the crazy injuries. If you guys had faith in our tactics and the way we played before to challenge for the title and comfortably finish in the top 3, nothing should change after this game because I didn't see major differences in the way we played other than Melo losing his composure, and our players should be recovering form after the break.

Who are you, and what have you done to Bandiera??!

Good post, mate. Welcome back.
