I normally stay around the San siro area so I can walk to the games , being in a city surrounded by fellow interesti is a great feeling that never seems to fade. ( How ever many times you go)

There is also that moment when you are going to match, just leaving your building and people with our colours are immediately started appearing on the street (and especially when you come down to metro station), everyone going in the same direction.

what is worrying is not only our defence but generelly the mentality.. i still don't understand why you are so offensive after the 4-2, it was like we were losing 4-2 and not them. It's not the first time that something like that happend under inzaghi.

Thinking about this now I'm not regretting one second for going despite the disappointing draw. These are the moments we are going for. Or that moment when you came to the city and first thing in the morning you see is two star Inter flag on some window. Next day I saw even bigger flag in our colours on building near my apartment. Third time there this year, still not much signs of retarded cousins anywhere. Milano is black and blue.
Same feelings.

Really encouraging everyone to visit the stadium at least once in their life times, if possible. It is gazillion times better compared TV experience.

Yeh man i was there for the 2020 derby when we beat Milan 4-2. Unbelievable game. Not been back since unfortunately and missed Inter when they played Chelsea this summer.

To be honest I think this was exactly the correct approach. Juventus were reeling and the game was played almost exclusively in their half for the next 20 mins or so, a good thing as it made little sense to hand the visitors the initiative, sit deep and invite them to attack us as that would have been horrible.

The issue was more that the attack repeatedly failed to put away any of the chances that would have likely led to the end result being a real mauling. Juventus were always going to get a foothold at some point and when they did they scored.

Were we really that offensive in the 4-2? The Yildiz goals happened from quite isolated plays. The first one was really strange shit with 2 of our CBs in the left flank, and in front of the ball for some fucking reason. Both out of the play when the counter happened. STILL, it wasn't some super dangerous thing, more like excellence of Yildiz than some our playing style failing us (and a bit poor defending and goalkeeping).

2nd goal started from Juve's half, when Locatelli gave a great pass to Cabal (I think) which Frattesi read wrong. But we had lot of players in the box, I think it was more like mismarking and misreading the play than a result of an offensive game of ours.

there SHOULD be no worries in this kind of defensive setup.

I think we didn't over-attack, we got chances because we played well enough, intercepted Juve's passes etc. We just couldn't score that 5th goal. The fact we conceded these two Yildiz goals need to be analyzed, why players played those plays like they played. Honestly specially this second goal, I can't understand how can you concede a goal from this position when it's not some eurogoal golazo wonder strike or anything. The goal scorer is not even in this picture. But these guys couldn't handle this play, with eventually EIGHT players in the box (Miky included) when Conceicao gets the ball. I'm not sure I can put the biggest fault on the coach, apart from overall responsibility of not getting a result from this match. The players need to take this goal for themselves.

but maybe we can agree about that we didn't tryed to hold the ball and defend the result. It's something we never really did honestly.

I'm always looking to be as close as possible to my favourite place in Milano, Parco Sempione.

I was also at that game, and even if I’ve been back a couple of times since I think my footballing life probably peaked then.

I was there for this. Almost had several heart attacks. Regardless, my unbeaten streak continues at the Meazza:

Inter 2-0 Dortmund (2019)
Inter 2-1 Salzburg (2023, stupid Covid)
Inter 4-4 Juventus (2024)

Funny enough, both games I’ve seen them in England they’ve lost 1-0 to Spurs and…..Southampton…
