Italy only have 3 spots for EL. 2 from Serie A and 1 from Coppa. Since Lazio in final with Juve, 3 spots for 4-6 places. Napoli, Fiorentina and Genoa have secured them. If Genoa don't get their license, then their spot will go to 7th place which is now in between Sampdoria, Inter and Torino if they win against Milan tonight. So, Sampdoria must lose to Parma and Inter win against Empoli for Inter to qualify to EL.

Inter not qualifying for the Europa League would be a blessing in disguise. We dont need it. The team needs to focus on and play one game a week to allow Mancini to work in peace and the players to understand what he wants from them as a coach. in terms of learning and understanding, this team is retarded. At this point in time, it is incapale of playing European football. Playing on a Friday and then again on a Monday does not help and things may be made even more difficult is Inter's squad numbers are limited by FFP. We should also keep in mind that there will be a number of new arrivals that will need to adapt to the club and Italian football in general.

Here's to playing one game a week until January 2016 when the Coppa starts!

Empoli were tough but then Inter is not Samp. We have our morale down, too much off field speculation on the top players and manager, and over all fatigue. Etoo scored a great goal to give us a draw.

It will not be the ideal way to secure a Europa slot on a technicality but its going to be "oh so sweet" considering its the Ugly Bastards (Genoa) However we need to go for a win against Parma or we'll lose.
