I'm actually feeling a lot confident. The players are no longer burdened to find Icardi which made us predictable and one dimensional. Eder offers better movement in the box and links up more often with the midfield. I can see Valero and Rafinha ballin in this match.

They were shown the door because they haven't performed well though. I can't even remember another game Brozovic played well apart from Chievo. The same can be said about Eder. These players hadn't given the team what they supposed to give for many games before the club tried to look for alternatives.

But, IMO, there was a better way of going about it. More subtle.

Well, that will actually push the player play better eventually. If they are getting offloaded, they would make sure to go somewhere on the same level as Inter or better, not some shitty shady club.

He's a coach not a miracle worker. If coaching was our problem it would have been solved about 5 years and 7 coaches ago.

We keep giving coaches this same group of players who we know have these issues, expect them to fix it and then blame them when they don't.

This is so true. At this point we have a core group of players that are just too used to losing together. No matter who coaches them, what formations we play, which little player we add the overall mentality of the group will always win out. This team needs to be blown up in the summer, we are not going to make CL let’s be honest. The hope was that we could buy someone in January that would bring enough enthusiasm to the environment we could go on another little run, but we all know who that person was and why it didn’t happen.

Now we are stuck with this squad till the end of the year and if you think Spalletti can turn his team back into the one we saw in September you are wrong. This team will only start to perform again once we are far enough behind in the CL race that there is essentially no pressure. Or when they succeed in getting another manager sacked.

No I disagree. We indeed replaced most of the losers out of the first squad. Skriniar-Dalbert-Cancelo-Valero-Vecino recently came. Handa-Miranda-Icardi are our best performers. Gagliardini-Brozovic will soon be replaced by Rafinha as long as he is fit. There are only Perisic-Candreva support your argument as "loser mentality" if there was any.

Completely overhaul the squad means we are going around a fucking circle, "year zero" once again. Complete waste of money and time.

What we really need is PATIENT and SUPPORT for the coach. Give him time and whoever he requires for SQUAD DEPTH. I cant believe people are blaming Spallo when give him ONLY Perisic as the LW. FOR OVER 40 MATCHES.

It`s the shitty loser mentality of the players` from last season: just like they stopped believing before the end and did not give a shit on purpose not to make it into the EL.

Coach should also grow some balls and settle for nothing less than a win! Remind them how to pass and support each other in attack. We become a one dimensional cross-and-hope team.
