Have a feeling that Mikhitaryan will do well here. He's old, but he was one of Roma's better players in the last 2 seasons too. With his playing style, I think he's still capable of producing at least 2 good seasons.

He's a sound technical player. Players with this kind of profile tend to perform well even in their 30s. Plus, we have enough muscle and grinta in midfield in the likes of Barella, Brozovic, and Hakan already. Mikhitaryan provides a unique addition to our midfield. In fact, he himself has enough grinta in him when required to do some defensive duties.

Not the most exciting transfer, but I would welcome here.

To me the most exciting transfer would be Dybala and no transfers of Lautaro and Bastoni. And I would say that from coaching short term perspective, it would be good transfer season. Not great 100 million 4-5 year contracts mega star transfers, but Inter's financial situation is not the same level with PSG, City, Real and other money loaded clubs. What can I say, screw Chinese, get Arabs. That is the reality of today's football.
