Hahaha :D Let's start calling Milto: MILITO!!! then.

Btw, lots of my friends went :wallbang: when Villa missed that penalty because most of them bet on Spain with 2 1/2 goal handicap. :D

There's a real danger Spain could be the next big country to crash out today...Some of it will depend on the Suisse and whether or not they can get a favorable result but it could come down to how well they can win against Chile - which is not an easy fixture anyway

Do or Die for Spain, its going to be very tense game tonight, expect lots of bookings here..

Honduras making no less than 6 changes in the lineup..Switzerland will bag all the points.

Wow, that was a nice buildup from Chile...La Furia Roja look odd with white shorts and that navy blue shirt

Not going to be an easy match for Spain, at all...Great shot from Estrada?

Capdevilla is a curious inclusion from Del Bosque, I don't like him out there...Spain look tight

Well that was stupid. Picked up an avoidable yellow card and now he'll miss the next match.

Derdiyok, misses an easy header for goal

Dive by the Chilean to set up a dangerous fk outside the Spanish goal...Guess FIFA has done little to abate the diving

What a cracker from Villa! Just over the last defender, great cross from the distance! 1-0 and both still qualify atm

The two results need to hold. Brazil vs. Chile and Spain vs. Portugal are two fantastic match-ups.

2-0. Iniesta scores and now Chile is down to 10 men.

Is that a legit second yellow card for estrada? The replay is not so clear on my TV.

His second was accidental. But he should have gotten his second on the foul early on. So he was deservedly sent off.

2-1. Man this Chile side keeps on attacking even with 10 men.

Suisse, ugghh...I knew Hitzfeld would be far too conservative...They seem content to just play out a tie when they need at least a couple of goals

Derdiyok, again...Hitzfeld should've learned from Low, when a forward is missing them this much, sub them

SE SALTELLI....
wow still undecided about spain, they really should have controlled that 2nd half. but fair credit to chile, even with a man down they tried although looked content with defeat with about 15 to go. portugal-spain is going to be a cracker of a game. not sure about the red but it was a little dirty from both sides. ref looked a little lost at times, but overall fair result in the end.

Villa is a handful, that's a tasty linkup we should expect to see a lot of with Xavi, Iniesta et al

Cream rises to the top, Furia Roja moves on.

Helluva next round:

Uruguay vs South Korea 6/26 Argentina vs Mexico 6/27
USA vs Ghana 6/26 Germany vs England 6/27

Netherlands vs Slovakia 6/28 Paraguay vs Japan 6/29
Brasil vs Chile 6/28 Spain vs Portugal 6/29
