Just one disallowed, the second was very close but I think it was offside. And Francesco refers to the last minutes of that game in which both teams were just passing the ball around once they knew both of them were qualified. The italian coach was even shouting to the mexican players to calm down

If I am not mistaken right now both Ghana and US have 0 goal difference but US have 4 points and Ghana 1. If they score one more and win they would have 4 points same as US and +1 goal difference so they will qualify.

Edit: sorry Ghana have -1 goal difference right now but I don't know if FIFA count head-to-heads.
