and they save their ass

It's almost impossible anyway... I don't see us winning against Ghana nor scoring a lot of goals to invert the 4-0 of the 1st game.

Messi scored out of nowhere when Argentina needed him, and now Ronaldo pulls out a sick cross to assist in the last min (still fucked up 2 good headers though)

Don't think they can go through but you never know.. Portugal will need to win big providing USA lose to Germany if I'm correct

So if german and usa just want to draw they both go through?
Prepare for boring back pass just like italy vs mexico in 2002

Portugal must win at least by 5-0 vs Ghana AND Germany beats USA to qualify.

If Germany beat USA by 3 goals then Portugal can qualify if they win 2-0

:trollol: Who am I kidding, Portugal are out

That doesn't seem to unrealistic to me.

If I didn't see the USA play before then I'd be the same, but I don't think Germany will thrash them.. I don't even think Portugal can beat Ghana, because they have been pretty good this tournament.. I guess it will come down to if Ronaldo turns up or not

USA played well enough to win, just some crap in both goals, but I thought they should have scored in the first half

It's just like you say, it will come down to ronaldo. If he has a field day against Ghana and he scores a hat trick, germany only needs to win 2-0. Judging by the games so far, I don't believe it will happen, but you never know in football.

USA&Germany and Klinsmann&Löf(friends) will be both very happy for a draw. Any other result will put the other to risk but draw will send them both trough.

Also depends on Gyan too  because if he starts firing then it's all over

He'll either miss some real sitters, or have games where he looks like a world class striker

If Germany beats US by 2-0 and Ghana wins 1-0 as well it's Ghana who takes the 2nd spot, it's a real chance if you ask me.

Wouldn't go that far but a victory wouldn't surprise me either, Ghana have been playing some solid football, should have won vs the U.S and played a good game vs the Germans. Portugal have more quality, but Ghana are on good run and playing better as a team. Must say I'm quite dissapinted by Portugal, expected much more by them.

Clearly I can't see Ghana taking an heavy beating but you never know. IMO Ghana deserve the most to make it to 2nd based on thier two games.

Mentioned about the globalization of the club's brand in marketing through the purchase of a USA player, like Clint Dempsy.

Oh my god, how right I was, and the even better news is, many of those US players look like they're all geared up and ready for Serie A.

Get to work Thohir.
