Euro 2004 Champions Greece find themselves on familiar territory, with Spain and Russia ready to prove their worth. Sweden is also joining in on the fun, in what will be an intriguing group.

This is the hardest group for me.
I can't see Greece getting through, Sweden I have for granted and then we have Hiddink's Russia and Spain.

Russia and Sweden for me.
Although I believe that if Spain goes through the group they'll win it

The more obvious pick would be Spain and Sweden, but you never know in Euro.

FOrza Sweden and Russia...

I don't believe Russia can win, but I do hope so... I love their style, Arshavin is beast... And their defense imo is one of the best in the world...

Finally!!!

FORZA HELLAS!

I know they are outsiders, all 3 teams in group have better chances and better individual palyers, but WE:) are still European champions, so be aware:) Greece wont give up easily!

It will be tough for Greece.

Russia will not have Arshavin for the first 2 games.
Sweden is a bit of an awkward team.
Spain may somehow surprise us and get disqualified again.

On paper it doesn't seem so tough, but for me, it's the toughest group.
People say it's Group C, but it's just the best teams there, not the most complicated situations. And already Holland has beaten Italy 3-0. I can't see Spain doing that.

Anyway, I want Greece to get through, I'll be a bit disappointed to see them not get through, but I'm realistic and I know that we have limited chances against a mighty Spain, Hiddink's Russia and Zlatan's Sweden. I believe that all four teams can go far in this competition, and besides Group C, I can't say this about the other two groups ;)

I have a feeling Greece will target Ibra's knee. That's how they play.

Spain and Sweden will qualify to the quarter-finals. I think it will be Spain's EURO.

Huh??? What are you talking about?

Only 2 players in that are going to play are "dirty", Kirgiakos and Torosidis. Probably Kirgiakos will try to man mark Zlatan, but I doubt he'd aim at his knee. Only if he humiliates him:p

FORZA HELLADARA!!!..

My country was awlays being seen as an outsider in national football competitions but we use to surprise everyone with our performance..

--------------Nikopolidis----------------
-Seitaridis--Kyrgiakos--Dellas--Torosidis---
--Karagounis--Katsouranis--Basinas---
-----Amanatidis---Charisteas--
-------------Gekas-----------

They only player I don't like in our lineup is Dellas but our coach seems to trust experienced players..
Papastathopoulos of AEK Athens is a great talent but unfortunately didn't make it for the Euro..

PS:Σηκωσε το το τιμημενο δεν μπορω δεν μπορω να περιμενω..;)

So much space for both teams makes for an entertaining match. Even though Spain is dominating Russia are looking good aswell. Something tells me Sweden will finish last in this group.

Lagerbäck is just too defensive minded and will never play our younger more skilled players. If he did that we might actually have a shot of a semifinal.
