He had so much potential. He just hasn’t developed at all and has honestly regressed. The Dortmund version of him was actually effective.

He's a moody player, which means that his performance depends on his mood. The guy is one of these modern footballers whom lack professionalism and commitment towards the game. But footballing-wise, he's a great talent and once he's on his day, he can be outstanding. However, things don't work this way in football, so his character is letting him down, big time.
