This group should be the group that interests most of FIF, because not only it has Italy in it, but it is also called Group D!!! 8==D

I chose Italy and Uruguay but I can't rule out England but that depends on their shape and squad selection which seems like a Wold Cup tradition.

The games off Italy are every World cup same: Draw , Draw , Win. But, at last they came to the quarter or semifinal.

1. Uruguay p. 7
2. Italy p. 5
3. Costa Rica p.3
4. England p.1

squad selection? It dose not matter what the squad is we still don't have one good player, especially now Gerrard's past it. The only saving grace would be if januzaj choose s England, like the papers over here say he has.

Costa Rica has no body !!! England is over rated. Cavani + Suarez + a good defense should have Uruguay easily top this group. Plus Italy always starts off slow. Tho 2nd means Italy Colombia 2nd round :). Going to be really interesting in my family as we are all Italian- Colombians haha.

For me I prefer Uruguay 1st, Costa Rica 2nd to make it easier for Colombia to get to the 3rd round but w/e

I think Italy will beat Uruguay. Uruguays midfield is horrible. When spain faced them, uruguay strikers touched the ball like twice during the whole game.

Ya, I think Uruguay will make it out, but as usual crzd is way overestimating the S American teams. I doubt Uruguay will easily top this group.

Those 2 strikers happen to be Suarez and Cavani though.

Uruguayan team not only have Suarez and Cavani, they have team spirit, that's why they won the Copa America in 2011. All of their players run a lot, and (I don't know how to say it in English) they have the famous "garra Uruguaya". But instead of that, I think it will be the most unpredictable group of all. I think it will end like this:

Italy 6 pts
Uruguay 6 pts
England 6 pts
Costa Rica 0 pts

Maybe because Italy and Uruguay don't concede much goals will qualify instead of England, but in football you never know

England will surprise many people here :)

I have a feeling Italy may not make it out the group
