He last played in Lecce’s hammering of Lazio (5-3 I think it was) Did he get injured there?

Cons
A bit slow on the ball
Brief Biography
Lets travel back in time to a Youth Tournament held in Italy in 2001. It was the stage where Pandev showed great potential and was regarded to be the next Darko Pancev (A legendary Macedonian player who played for Red Star Belgrade, Inter and some German club...I bet some of you don’t remember him? Which is actually sad, considering how amazing his reputation was before joining the black & blue)
Darko Pancev
Anyhow that led to a trail, where he impressed and the Inter management and therefore we signed Pandev. (He also became the youngest ever full Macedonian international at the age of 17) Had a good season with the Youth team and his performances earned him a loan spell to good old Spezia. He had 22 games and scoring 4 goals (Very impressive, especially when you consider how little action some of our talented youngsters have to endure). That’s where I guess he really caught the fans attention… My attention anyway and a struggling Serie A side) A loan move to Ancona was to be prove disappointing; he did score on his debut (Bologna 3-2 Ancona) but was later cruelly substituted. I guess that might have disappointed our management (But not Lazio) as they agreed a co-ownership with SS Lazio. I’m sure we all know what happened next.
In any event, I remember (Embarrassingly) reading a rumour regarding Anderlect showing an interest in Pandev, and Inter were prepared to sell him in exchange for Vincent Kompany, my only worry would be that Lazio own half of his contract. :undecide:
