Correa will be remembered for THAT game against Verona right at the start of his Inter career and THAT game against Verona right at the end of his Inter career. With so little quality around him then there was a real opportunity for him to be the go-to man off the bench, but he seems to have had various non-specific ailments for months now to push himself out of the picture entirely.

We'll all be glad to see the back of him but, maybe I'm getting old and soft here, I do have some sympathy for him when he's never been able to put together any sort of injury-free run. It's very reminiscent of Stefano Sensi here and being reminded of him I thought I would see how he's doing at Como. Just 7 League appearances and missed more than 2 months between mid-September and late November with injury. Poor guy.

They were busy in the mercato with 6 players leaving and a further six arriving either on full deals or loans. So obviously none of those are available for this game. One of those new loan signings is Nicolo Zaniolo which is a move that totally passed me by.

Yes, it's a weird situation that our next two matches are against the same team, both in Serie A, but entirely different lineups. Like this match versus Fiorentina B and next one vs Fiorentina A.

Should be an easy win then will be a much harder match next.
