Daniele Mari reported PSG's offer was 8+3 and I think Romano reported they offered 7+3.

Whatever it was, it seems like they were never at 15+5. 15+5 was AFAIK reported only by French media which seem to be totally out of the loop and just spamming content to appease French fans.

I don't know if we would have still taken those offers, it's still hard to say. But unable to close a deal for the replacement was at least an issue here and the ultimate blocker.

With Demiral I have a feeling we didn't want to have any commitment to him and wanted only loan which didn't suit to Atalanta, understandably.

The Frenchies report gross salaries.

Seems like PSG is mocking Inter by these offers. They like to stick it to the management for refusing their 50m offer just few months ago.

All i can say is, fuck all of these players acting like little children. You have a contract, so honor that contract. There needs to be some huge fines implemented, cause this is getting ridiculous. Fucking pussies.
In some ways it is the clubs who are the pussies. They must hold their ground on their values they place on a player's buy-out and if they're not met the player stays. Instead of letting the player's antics undermine their resolve and lead them to accept less to remove the problem.

I think a good example of doing that well was Benfica this window. They told Chelsea to get f*cked when they came in with that lowball strategy BS and outed them in the media. Then Chelsea came back and paid their price.

But there will always be players who act like children and do what they want to do, so it is up to the teams to operate with honor and draw hard lines. I think the current state of things relates very much back to the teams and how they have behaved in using players to get better deals.

Speaking of Milan:

AGENT REVEALS PROBLEMS BETWEEN MILAN, CHELSEA AND LYON FOR BAKAYOKO

Tiemoue Bakayoko’s agent Federico Pastorello says his client is expected to stay at Milan until the end of the season as there are issues between the Rossoneri, Chelsea and Lyon to end the midfielder’s loan at San Siro.

The France international has yet to make his first competitive appearance with the defending Serie A champions this season. He had been in talks with Vincenzo Montella’s Adana Demirspor, Cremonese and Ligue 1 side Lyon.

However, he is destined to end his loan spell at Milan returning to London at the end of the season.
“Bakayoko couldn’t join Cremonese due to a few issues,” Pastorello told Sky Sport Italia.
Could he join Lyon in the last few hours of the transfer window?
“I don’t think so, there are some problems between Lyon, Milan and Chelsea to end the loan deal,” the agent admitted.
their very own Dalbert, except they didn`t pay for him.

In other news:

ZANIOLO READY TO SUE ROMA AFTER CHAOTIC JANUARY TRANSFER WINDOW
According to Il Messaggero, Nicolò Zaniolo and his family blame Roma for ‘psychological pressure and mobbing’ and could therefore sue the Giallorossi.

Zaniolo asked to leave the Stadio Olimpico in January with 18 months left in his contract. However, he refused to join Premier League strugglers Bournemouth who had put on the table €30m plus add-ons. Multiple reports in Italy claim he reconsidered their offer on Monday night, but he was rejected as the Cherries had already signed Sassuolo‘s Hamad Traore at that point.

Zaniolo has been frozen out of the team and is not expected to play for Roma again this season, but according to the player’s family, the club has to be blamed for this situation.

As per Il Messaggero, the player’s family believes the Giallorossi put pressure on him and pushed him out of the team causing a ‘media massacre’ that hit the Italy international.

Therefore, they have already informed the Assocalciatori that they want to sue the club.

Zaniolo didn’t train with Roma in the last two days, returning to his home town La Spezia after being threatened by angry ultras in the capital on Sunday night.

The 24-year-old had agreed not to show up for training on Monday, but the club had not approved his absence the following day.
Hamed Junior Traorè has joined Bournemouth from Sassuolo for €30m and I believe that`s a better signing for them.

EDIT: Bournemouth also signed Matías Viña from Roma in the January transfer window.

I wish we had Zaniolo.
Really conflicted on that one. He maybe a "decent" signing, but the injury concerns along with his demonstrative persona makes me hesitant.

Where would you play him? I don't see a position for Zaniolo in our system.
Limone used to play with only 1 striker in multiple ocasions at Lazio with Luis Alberto behind Immobile. We could use Zaniolo in the same way, if Lukaku is sent back and we don`t find an adequate replacement (a good striker, but also cheap because we are broke). But this is just an idea.

Zaniolo has a shit attitude and doesn’t know how to pass the ball as he simply lowers his head and starts running when he gets the ball. Also he has no position under Inzaghi.

Hard pass on this guy. He can rot at Roma.
