This is interesting because to me these have been pretty nice Euros with no really poor teams. Every team got some kind of chance to get out of the groups. These "smaller" countries have been no scrubs at all.

I think you can put 32 European teams on this tournament and you will find hardly any real scrubs there. There are many teams of a similar quality.
