Arsenal might not win the title in the end, but what they have done so far is pretty damn impressive. Absolutely beautiful football. Arteta deserves so much credit for his job so far. He's kicking ass with a bunch of inexperienced players and still there's his rivals with far bigger squad depth and more quality in paper.

They're going to +8pts clear with an eventual win today, but that's still almost nothing until the end.

It's not a fairytale out of the blue, so it's not Leicester in that regard.

For me it isn't a Leicester. In terms of English football Arsenal are a big club. Not a club that won it once and then returning to mediocrity for many years to come. It's like Roma winning Serie A. Surprising but not a shock like Udinese winning it.

Obviously, but the only reason you don't feel it's a Leicester case is because you respect Arsenal as a a club a lot and think they should be competing for trophies.

It's pretty much the same case. It's not as if Arsenal has been resurrected and has become a top club again. They're 5th or 6th in terms of roster strength but everyone else is shitting their pants for no reason.

Newcastle and Fulham are top 6. Newcastle okay, you can argue that they have a different dynamic, but not really yet.


It's more like Napoli winning it, which may also happen
