Because he is a nice guy. There is nothing bad in being a nice guy and hating to lose. This is indeed a nice characteristic:D

It could never be more than that. He had a release clause. Chelsea's problem always was they couldn't wait for one more season. They desperately wanted a forward last summer and Dortmund weren't willing to sell.

Meanwhile, ManCity bought the Haaland dude for a purported 79m.
If i remember correctly there were a lot of other hidden feeds involved like a 40M smth for Raiola . I am not sure what happens with that now that he is dead

Raiola was representing a legal entity, not himself. His agency still has all the clauses etc but not sure who owns it.

Probably will watch Arsenal vs Tottenham today and it actually means more than bragging rights today.

Last chance for Tottenham to have any chance of overtaking Arsenal for the 4th spot.

Holding defending Son was interesting and it cost the Gunners.

City still favorites. The h2h is even 2-2 both matches and they have better gd +7 over Pool.

City 99% winners. I believe they'll do a 2nd half comeback

Just got through watching the Newcastle vs Arsenal match. Of course Arsenal lost 2-0, putting the Conte led Spurs in the driving seat for CL. Then I went to the webcast for the after match comments now that was interesting and fun. Arsenal and Inter have similar problems: lack of mental strength, lots of over priced deadwood, no depth, problems in the midfield and with forward/strikers.

Wow checked the result now. Didn't expect them to choke the CL spot this season

They lost it in the derby to Spurs, Conte broke 1 leg and Newcastle simply pushed them to the ground, to lose a CL spot on 37th matchday after so many years out. Damn.

I wonder if DT broke his cell and is in The Hole now

Chances we can sell De Vrij to Spurs just got higher. But Spurs need to do their job, shouldn't be hard against last placed Norwich, just a draw will be enough. But let's see. :D
