not asking you to be blindly optimistic, just factually

check my posts, i was scathing of spaletti at times, this is not blind optimism

but look at the facts, we have gone from rocchi and osvaldo signings to getting great young prospects like icardi and kovacic etc, now we have moved on to buying established stars like lukaku and godin whilst also having foresight to buy the future like barella and sensi

last year shoud have been 3rd but spaletti and icardi caused drama, we still got top 4 and we went out on GD in CL to team that made final, we went out on pens to Coppa italia winners. we now have improved squad from last season so its not blind to be optimistic.

also wingback wise we have asamoah who knows how to play the role, new signing that conte approved and lets call it like it is, candreva and (less so imo)dalbert have impressed in friendlies. might be cool to poke fun at them but if they start to help inter we should be happy.

good times await. since ET took over we have improved pretty much every year, sped up since suning bought us. we are going to be a very good team this seaosn without question
