Who is going to play in ouf MF? We don't enough players to play 4-2-3-1, and we have Zanetti(not a MF, we play badly with him there), Cambiasso, Motta and Mariga for three positions.

Pazzini deal is fine .THe need of forward and midfiled is not new. But after deki, and Sneijder injured we gona strogull to get the ball from defence to forward. Cou got to show up for the big games.

if you REALLY WANT TO KNOW about weight training, muscle physiology, muscle recovery e.t.c., there are a ton of books out there to read and understand.
if you really think 6 months of training methods can be erased/reversed in ~ 1 month (while games are also being played), then there's nothing to discuss...
and please remember in addition to what stefan said about players getting injured DURING TRAINING v during matches, the players have now played SEVEN GAMES in 20 DAYS
