Happy to see him return to Ajax. But mainly because he is a true Ajax man and we need his mentality now. Never thought I would be happy that players like Weghorst and Klaassen play for Ajax.
I feel like a Feyenoord fan. Happy with footballers because of their mentality and not necessarily their football qualities. @RotterdamNerazzurri

Indeed. He is one of the best players so far at Ajax. But we take it as it is.He has scored 5 goals in the league so far. It says a lot about the level of Eredivisie

What's your opiion on Farioli? I've heard he's doing well at Ajax. Perhaps he could see him in Serie A in the future.

He's been doing great with a sub par Ajax side. He is shaping the team and has gotten the moral of the team very high. Really impressed as of now

I really really like him. His work ethic and attitude is something we're lacking in Holland. As you can expected from an Italian coach he is really pragmatic and tactical. He took an Ajax which hitted rock bottom and completely transformed the club and the atmosphere around it. One year ago we were 18th in the league! Now we have beating Feyenoord and PSV in 4 days with 2 totally different gameplans. He is working with mostly the same team as last year. Yes we got Klaassen, Rugani, Traore and Weghorst but those players aren't exactly great players but the come with a certain mentality we needed.
The only thing I don't get and won't get is is rotation system. Every game he is playing different players. 1,5 Half week ago he played with 11!! different players in a league game as the game in the EL on Thursday. The game was really really bad but we won and a coach who wins is always right. Really interesting to see how far he take this Ajax. Especially if Ajax is able to reinforce the squad in the winter period.
