Considering an absence of Brozo, fatness of Lukaku, disinterest of Correa, yellow cards of Barella, a million stupid corners, 3 points on the road is not that bad. Could have been a loss or draw too.

I will always take the win no matter how ugly. Happy with it but I have to agree it's time for Inzaghi to make some tough decisions with his veteran players. Gags needs to sit some, that is the top of the list. It will make him better to watch a few games and we will be stronger for it.

I liked Toro's comment about being ready to go to war and battle the rest of the way. Truth is this team is beatable and the lesser sides know it so we are going to get their best every game and need to be mentally prepared for that. If they're going to finish CL that mentality must be prevalent and they must be ready to win that midfield battle in every game, not just vs the best teams.

But again Inzaghi can improve that equation by sitting the players who deserve it. Guys like Gags and Correa should be put in position to need to fight for their playing time more than they have. That will help him to get the most from what he has available the rest of the way. Because I also think this team as it is currently constituted is not of the quality you want to ensure a CL slotting.
