Yeah Sampdoria fan  I doubt he ever heard of Sampdoria as a young boy  (he was in australia....)

Vieri never regretted anything. I think that he realises that life has its ups and downs. He may speak after he finishes his career. Or he may just search for more women then :p
You won't hear Vieri saying, I regret leaving Lazio for Inter, or regretting leaving juve for Spain. And why would Vieri regret leaving Inter? He was treated like dirt! And yet people forget why we lost the Champions League semis against Milan. There was no Vieri because of injury. And that Vieri never came back. But he still scored 35 goals in 2 seasons, and people still said that he sucked...

He came back to Italy quite young and his father used to play for Sampdoria, so I guess he had heard of them.

Vieri came to Italia and lived there with his uncle because he wanted to be a professional in one of the world's best leagues. From what I read about him I don't think he is juventino or something like it. He gave us a lot and decided to leave us because did not want to be a bench player (bbilan signed gilardino and he continued his bench warming). But his departure influenced Oba a lot and he lost his form. If Adriano leaved that time and Bobo stayed (Vieri + Martins/Cruz)...:(

Vieri is a juventino! Anyways, he has never expressed his feelings about ANY of the clubs he played for, but we were different. We were the first team to have him for over 2 seasons! And only 2 clubs had him for 2 years and it was at his begining. We may have rights to say that we are in his heart, but this is Vieri.

How can you say that he's a juventino if he hasn't expressed any deep feelings for any of his clubs? And by the way, you're wrong. Even though Vieri still hasn't played a match for the club, Vieri has expressed his love for Sampa.

The Vieri-Inter relationship was special he said, but nothing more.

I was obviously joking about him not knowing Sampdoria :D

And it's a very known fact that he's a juventino.

And back to the point, why would he care about us fans, when they treated him like dirt? They were booing him for silly reasons, he only "disappointed" after his long injury which happened against Valencia. He had to play, even if he wasn't recovered yet, and people were complainging that he sucked! He had scored 30 goals in a little more games the previous season, and 24 goals in 23 in Serie A! They burned his restaurants and cars and house and whatever else, and then you come screwing him because he didn't say sorry!!! When will you say sorry?

lol fkn stud.

I wish Sampdoria the best of luck this season, and I hope to see Vieri on top of his game even against us. That would be special.

It's just a shame that alongside vets like Del Piero and Pippo Inzaghi at his position that he was not on the list of World Cup champions. My biggest regret, really.

If it were not for his injury, I'm sure Vieri would've been called up because he played a few games in the World Cup qualifiers.

I am really sad that Vieri missed out on the WC, really sad.

Anyway, I always liked the Sampdoria jersey, and I think it's time I got one!

I feel sorry for Bobo actually not for being in the squad at the World Cup. His goals in Inter didn't get a proper reward as a medal, and it's sad that neither did his national teams. He and Toldo deserved it much more with what they've done in their careers than some other guys.
