I always preface each game knowing it will/could be be difficult. The ucl woes, as many point out, seem to stem from inzaghi not taking some games seriously and rotating too much. I think today was another example of that.

Ashame to lose augusto, hopefully we can get him good to go as soon as we can, as well as chala. Great to get the win plus the clean sheet. Pazza INTER at the end!!! FORZA INTER!!!

huge win, the "easier" fixtures you have to win in this new format. especially with other big teams struggling, we have to get top 8 so we can avoid 2 extra games.

Despite the win there are a lot concerns since the season has begun.
We have only couple of players who really try hard to do/create something out of nothing - Thuram, Bastoni, Dimarco and Barella and Hakan in some extent, even though they are not consistent. I'd add Traemi to this list, as he always working hard for the team.
Our captain, Lautaro is a trash so far,. considering his name and his salary and status. Frattesi is clearly not for this system. He shall be sold. Zielinski doesn't look too good so far, but he didn't play a lot as well.
Mkhitaryan is consistent, but he is not so influencing in the final third as he should be. But, considering his age, it's unreasonable to seek some fault at him, he does everything he can.
We lack the cohesiveness in the middle from the last season, which causes us a lot of problems. Our defense looks quite shaky too.
Finally, Arnautivic. I have defended him long time, and I still think that often he got bashed undeserved. But, this shit tonight was the last straw. The result was 0-0, after abysmal first half. We have a great penalty taker on the field, and he took the ball. WTF?! Where was Barella, our captain to tell him to sod off? Or Inzaghi to do something? That was unacceptable in my opinion.

He just scored a penalty last week for Austria. It was a very good penalty, I don't know what the fuck was this shot today.

Thuram has not proven himself as world class, unlike Bastoni, Barella and Lauti. I'm sure any team in the world would love Barella or Bastoni. Current form Lauti is poor, I'll give you that.
