He seemed to be very sporting after the fight but did not match his post fight speech, very strange. Rematch in October it is anyway, great fight well worth staying up for, Fury needed to do more in rounds 5-8 to secure it, could argue a draw but I think the last rounds always stick in judges minds more than the middle, Usyk obviously had a 10-8 round in his favour.

I didn't watch it - I saw some highlights and felt sad for Mike Tyson. He shouldn't be fighting in the ring at that age...

Did anyone follow what happened in MMA this weekend? Jon Jones fought a 42year old (Miocic) who also could barely stand on his feet and had no velocity in his punches....

haha I use to box in high school and college. Very different thing between training and actually getting swung at. I think if it was a shorter fight(without odd stipulations) Tyson would have had a better shot. I think he wasn't allowed to KO Jake in the 1st 3 rounds haha. That is a wild stipulation.

Only way he was going to win is if he went all out for the 1st two rounds as he wasnt going to have any stamina after that. He fking almost 60.

Boxing is pretty boring tho. Especially after watching MMA. I also dont know how the Puerto Rican chick lost to the Irish one? she threw more and landed more punches. The other chick was head butting her haha. That hsit legal?

It's hard to predict a fight like this - I just hope the judges won't score in Fury's favour. My fear is they'll try to do everything in their reach to make it a trilogy. Money talks.

same here. Loved Usyk from his cruiser weight days, when he whooped Glowacki (whom I also really really liked), then he beat Briedis, Gassiev and you could just tell dude was special. Hysterical how british people thought Tony Bellew had a chance .


Fury is just something else, love his story, and will be rooting for him

Really like both Usyk and Fury, glad both of them went at it and neither got knocked out just overall proud of both of them and both of them breathed life into boxing. Plus anyone see the ad for the fight? one of the best promos ever. Props to both

That Fury held titles shows just how bad the heavyweight division has become. Same for Joshua.
All the best fighter are in lighter divisions, and a great many are Irish.
