I think it should be Couti to take Wes' place, Alvarez should also play lower in midfield I think he has the capability to do so.

4-3-3, isn't an option because we definitely can't link midfield to attack as we saw in the last games and our flawed midfield will be evident without Sneijder.

Considering the situation, this is what I'd play. Obviously I would want to see Cou, but he's not fit for 90mins yet. Also Forlan and Alvarez have to drop into the trequartista position and why I put Ricky that deep is because he is good at winning the ball as well. With Jonathan behind him, he will have some backup and on the other flank we have Nagatomo bringing the ball to Zarate. What we need to do is try and get in as many crosses as possible and for that the ball has to be driven towards Mauro and Forlan. If we cant find the space, we need to use Alvarez's ability to shoot from long distance or move the ball to the other side or back to start again.
