Ranieri will kick off his new job away to Bologna on Saturday and stated that he would consider making big changes to accommodate the loss of Wesley Sneijder, who picked up a thigh injury in training on Friday.

"The idea is to move forward with the same tactics, but tomorrow I could change my mind completely. I am not a slave to any system," the coach told reporters in Friday's press conference.

He went to add that Diego Milito and Giampaolo Pazzini could start together up front.

"Pazzini and Milito are compatible with each other and will combine well," he said

Oh well, I don't think that Pazzini and Milito will start, nor do I hope that it will happen. It should definitely be:
Forlan/Zarate -- Milito/Pazzini/Forlan/Zarate.

Sneijder won't be there tomorrow, so I won't mind to see Coutinho or even Alvarez in that ACM position. And well BACK 4 and I would still want to be hopeful that Chivu won't start in the LB

Not on the list of players traveling to Bologna. He's practicing but probably not fully fit for 90 minutes. He'll probably at least be on the bench for next week.

Yes, put Zarate behind the strikers he's a great assist man

I think it should be Couti to take Wes' place, Alvarez should also play lower in midfield I think he has the capability to do so.

4-3-3, isn't an option because we definitely can't link midfield to attack as we saw in the last games and our flawed midfield will be evident without Sneijder.
