Welcome to Inter. Your first priority should be to fire Spalletti and hire a better coach.

One eye strongly rooted in the present, the other wandering into the future.

A poetic man, a man of great experience and skill. Welcome.

FC INTERNAZIONALE MILANO NAME GIUSEPPE MAROTTA AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER SPORT
The experienced director will begin his role immediately and will be responsible for the entire sports area of the club

FC Internazionale Milano today announce the appointment of Giuseppe Marotta as Chief Executive Officer Sport. The highly experienced executive begins his role immediately and will be responsible for the entire sports area of the club.

FC Internazionale Milano will adopt a co-CEO model, in which Marotta will work alongside Alessandro Antonello who becomes Chief Executive Officer Corporate in charge of all corporate activities.

Both CEOs will report to Inter President, Steven Zhang, who said: “This is an important change for the club in line with our objective of becoming a winning football club and a successful company. As Inter, we want to win, entertain, inspire and connect people through football. Beppe is one of the best executives in the football industry and will help us to achieve our goals. Outside of the pitch Alessandro will ensure the enhancement of our off-pitch performance, the successful completion of the Club’s strategic projects, and the promotion of our values inside the organisation.”

“I am happy and proud to be beginning a new professional challenge at a prestigious club such as Inter”, said Marotta. “President Steven Zhang has an ambitious project and I am looking forward to becoming an active part of that. I want to thank Chairman Zhang and the Suning Group for their trust in me and I am sure that together we will make Inter successful again.”

"Welcome Don Beppe" (cautiously, with a healthy and inevitable dose of skepticism).

It's a clip from 2014, when Marotta accused Thohir of breaking his word over the Vucinic-Guarin swap that fell through.

To put it simply, he doesn't understand what happened, he hints at how confused the "internal relationships" were in our management and claims that he won't negotiate with Inter anymore after all those troubles, "not for a lack of reliability, but for a lack of seriousness".

He won't negotiate with us because of those troubles but he would join us? What a fucking nuthead. He looks like the dirtiest maffia of all time and he is working for us now.

Well, he was right.
If i remember correctly, Guarin was already in Torino, preparing for medical, when our fans started protesting at Inter headquarters not to do this swap with rubentus.
Only after the protest, Thohir was forced to change his mind.
Correct me if i'm wrong.
