Inter chief: Just coincidence Conte was near HQ

Inter Milan sporting director Beppe Marotta says it was purely coincidental that Antonio Conte was seen walking past the club's headquarters.

IMO he said that purely because of political reasons but the story is believable due to the location of the HQ.

Do the right thing Mister. Say no to Icardi extension, bring in a top coach, and rid the squad of all the useless trash.

Regarding your post and Icardi, you are a fuckn idiot.

This lazy-eyed prick is a fucking spy. The whole Perisic fiasco fucked up whatever team spirit this team had plus turned the majority of the fanbase against Spalletti. I wonder how his bald fuck thought announcing Arsenals interest and Perisic desire to play in EPL to the world would benefit Inter.

Either he's stupid as a rock or he's not acting on behalf of our best interest.

In the long run, I believe this strategy will work, but we have a shit-fest arriving at us. It's like punching on the computer just to listen to the only song you want listen too. Three adverds later, it finally arives, and it cums better than you could have imagined.

Everything went downhill after his coming, rubentino is always rubentino. Last thing we know Conte will be our coach and then Del Piero as our vice president next year.

i feel it was an own-goal to openly say that perisic wants to leave, since it's not necessarily going to happen. it will make things awkward if he stays and by the way all the other players who secretly wanted to leave have come out. all of this with the worst possible timing, when we are playing bad and there's only a few days left till the end of the transfer session. so messed up.

I though they already had deal with Arsenal when Marotta said that. It makes no sense to come out and say that aloud otherwise.

if they already had a deal then why isn't perisic training with arsenal? :eek:blivious: maybe marotta thought they could reach an agreement by the deadline.

If we get conte then he’s really here to sabotage us......... but for real tho, conte wouldn’t be an upgrade at all. We’ll start playing worse with him. 100% he’ll keep Candreva, vecino and sell brozo for sure and he’ll get another awful defensive mid. We’ll play 3 at back bullshit with the Candreva as a fullback.

I really wanted Spalletti to succeed but he’s awful.

to be honest, i think conte would be a considerable upgrade. he's won leagues in italy and uk, something which spalletti could only do in russia so far. i also understand why some people wouldn't even want to hear his name.

by the way, we don't even know for sure that conte had a talk with marotta. it's likely but not 100% sure.

So Marotta is basically getting rid of the core group who are either under-performers (Perisic) or just aren't up to Inter standards (Vecino). I see no reason why I shouldn't be happy and optimistic.

All the guys that blame him - are you real? i mean, there's finally someone who get things right in this club, and you think he's hurting us? please. The only reason we look shit since Marotta came, is that Spalletti is a choker, there's finally someone that want to win in this club and know how, and Spalletti knows he has low chances to be Inter's coach next season.

As am I. I am thrilled that we finally have someone in management who sees the shit on our team for exactly what they are. The only thing missing ont that list is Ausilio, who brought them here.

Well, if that's his plan, he sure has gloriously fucked up both missions. Now we have an under-performer and a sub-par midfielder who don't want to be here.

Add to that the fact he broadcast these situations to the whole world taking away any leverage we'd have had in the summer when selling these players.

"Optimistic" and "happy" are surely not the words to describe how interistas should feel after Marotta's first mercato with us.

Our season is over anyway. A 3rd place and another embarrassing UEFA league exit by some Eastern European club is the best we can get at this point. We're still getting the 4th place with or without Perisic and Vecino. Them being unhappy won't make them any worse than they already are.

The core group of this team must be changed. Only a handful of the core players must not be sold at any cost. The names are only Icardi, Skriniar, Handanovic, Brozovic and De Vrij. These are the only key players who consistently deliver quality all year long with a few bad games scarred around. The rest can leave at the right price (guys like Candreva and Vecino can leave for free for all I care).

Spalletti has been an obnoxious twat with his tactics alright, but no manager in the world can go far with players who have more bad games than good ones. Perisic and Gagliardini play like 3 great games every 6 months (Vecino 20 great minutes per season).

I'd be really disappointed if Marotta has confirmed any faith in such players for next season.

If there is any man I want in charge of Inter during a mass clearout in the summer and big SA-free investment, its Marotta.

The way I see it, Ausilio-Spalletti have achieved their objectives. This is as far as they can take us, most of us knew that from the beginning. Now its upto Marotta-XXX to take Inter to the next level.
