Believe they are serious when they actually start a b/next gen team. Till then it's just fancy words.

Would it be better to buy a Spanish or French club? Or club in Argentina/Brazil. Be like Udinese at one point they had a 1st division team in Spain, Italy and England

No. U23 club. As I posted elsewhere, it means the guys can develop by lpaying regularly, but also being called up to the first team if we need them for a few weeks because of injury/etc. It's the singlularly best environment/way to break into the first team imho.

I understand to a certain extent his hands are tied but yikes. If we don’t land Frattesi now we are going to look like absolute idiots. We’ve really backed ourselves into a corner. If we don’t have an agreement in place this is pretty reckless.

This has to be an ownership issue. Love him or hate him, Marotta isn’t an idiot.

Yeah, if Stevie holds the purse strings "that you can't buy until you sell" then at the same time demands that Lukaku's return, while trying to reduce payroll, get younger and remain competitive, given that everyone in the business knows your broke. Definitely earning his paycheck, in this chaos.

I‘m disappointed at how some sales are going, but there is something needed to be said in the current mood: Since Marottas arrival, we have been 2x runner ups in the league, runner up in EL, runner up in CL, Scudetto winner, 2x Coppa winner, and 2x Supercoopa winner.

To even go as far to think that we should be anywhere near Branca is sheer disrespect for what Beppe has brought back to Inter. In our - economically seen - maybe darkest times ever, he’s managed to keep us running with success, so thats why I’ll trust him regarding every decision - just like I did last season and the season before.

He signed Correa for over 30 million.

He let Skriniar leave for free on a Bosman.

He paid close to 20M for a one season loan of Lukaku, who then gave us about one good month of football culminating with the biggest choke job in a final since Higuain in the 2014 WC.

He tried to push Bastoni out the door last summer.

He pushed Brozovic out the door and managed to get his ass handed to him in transfer fee negotiations.

He spent 30M on Gosens, who hasn't come close to living up to the transfer fee.

There's been a lot of good. There's also been a lot of bad in the past 24 months. If we don't win the Scudetto next season, I think the window will officially be closed on this core of player sales.

I wish we could have gotten five years of Marotta with real ownership. You can't afford to miss as often as he has when you have no budget.

1. Inzaghi forced the move so Marotta's hand is tied there as Inzaghi is such a demanding manager
2. Anyone with a shed of football brain would pick Lukaku over Dybala.
3. Noone was really interested in Bastoni because he didn't get sold, what are you talking about?
4. Brozovic is a snake and noone else is interested in him
5.inzaghi is a retard and only utilized dimarco

Imagine start transfer window with -60 million transfer budget every year. We still get 2nd place, plus this season we get CL final. After all of this, still get blamed by some fans.

We get to final CL with grandpa Dzeko and Bellanova as subs.

This is Marotta's thread, not inzaghi's.

But Marotta who sell the Players and buy Players. Our window budget and Players decided by Marotta not Inzaghi.

Inzaghi just can request some players and approved by Marotta.

If Marotta replaced by someone like Paratici or anyone, let alone Scudetto. Top 4 still Will be miracle.

Sure, but he fucked up the most with Correa, Gosens and losing Skriniar and those aren't small mistakes. As you said, we are broke so they have to be more careful when making these decisions. I'm yet to see how fucked up we'll be with Brozovic's loss.

"Giovanni is a good and skillful director. He knows how to navigate the market. He hasn’t received all the offers yet [for Frattesi], but the price continues to rise!”

Maybe he can learn a thing or two. He first claimed that he wants 25m for Brozovic and SA bit. They probably smelled blood and changed their stands to 17m, Marotta then said get serious. Brozovic said "fuck you, give me my severance just like you did to Conte". Marotta with his tail behind his ass, okay 17m is good.
