He is already crying that he had to sign 6 players with €100 mil while man city and lfc signed one player for the same. Conte will never change...

Conte was throwing tantrums at Inter (e.g. Dortmund game) long before pandemic but let's say Suning didn't keep their promises to Conte (even though no one could have predicted a pandemic). That's true. What about Juve? What about Chelsea? Especially for his stint at Chelsea there are no excuses. There's the impression he wasn't financially backed in second season but that's not accurate. Chelsea spent 260m in two transfer windows of 2017/18. Conte was throwing tantrums for an entire year only because they didn't sign him Lukaku.

The truth is the guy is an excellent league coach but he's just too toxic to stay at the same place for long.

Well, I do totally agree with that. Yet, I'm still happy he was here. Best coach we had in a decade.

Not accurate. In the 17/18 season board went completely against his wishes and bought players he didn’t want. They gave him Morata when he wanted Lukaku and gave him Drinkwater when he wanted Nainggolan

His Chelsea claims is they got his second choice targets and not what he wanted. Conte is a spoilt man child.

I agree with the argument that Conte was immature at Juve & Chelsea. But I did see some growth at Inter. He was less toxic, and his tantrums & ultimately exit were more justified. Seeing how it all played out, I am thankful that Conte threw that tantrum & rage-quit threats in 2020 - that is the only reason we didn't sell some of our stars that summer, and won the Scudetto. I also completely understand why Conte quit when he did, the club did not match his ambition.

At Spurs too, I'm seeing that Inter-level of maturity from Conte so far. He just wants to make sure that the club remains ambitious, which is fair expectation from a top coach. Its still Conte, and he is still immature but not at the toxicity level of his Juve-Chelsea days.

All that said, I miss him. I have been watching Spurs every week because of him, and its been an exciting journey so far. The team spirit is excellent to watch, just like the Scudetto winning Inter, the defence is well drilled & everyone gives 100% effort. I miss that. I wouldn't be surprised if this season he breaks the hold City-Liverpool have on the premier league.

Tuchel would be right to demand from Conte looking in the eyes while shaking hands if Conte was the guilty in their antics during the equalizing goal, like realizing he was wrong and kind of showing his regret, but it was all on him, he provoked that shit yet wants him to approach, look in his eyes and shake hands like a passive coward. Wtf? Conte already made that first step to peace eventhough he could have just ignored you.

Of course, we don't know other details, but from what is seen in the video, Tuchel should have just shaked hands and moved on. Anyway, their collective rage probably to bring more audience for EPL.

Damn Tuchel is scary. He's not big nor strong but his tall slender build combined with his deep eye sockets and cheekbone is extremely upsetting.

I wouldn't sleep for the next month after such confrontation. And we can clearly see Conte freak out with that handshake, he was trying to run away but Tuchel didn't let him to.
