Yeah, although Palacio will be the vice-Milito (I just love that term) so we won't get another forward anymore. If Milito is not available Strama might change the system in a way that we won't have a pure center forward but Palacio as "false nine" .

That would be awesome to watch if the team get used to it, like Roma did with Totti. I think it was Spalletti who made that change around 2006, it was great to watch.

Can Palacio play false nine role? I have seen him playing mostly from wide areas and he was very good.

Yes, Palacio played as CF for Genoa quite a few times and was good at it. We can also play Cassano as false nine, if Strama really wants that. I'm not sure if we need another forward now, if we do at all then it should be someone like Cruz who won't ask for much but has a deadly impact off the bench.

Cruz was an epic sub player, but everytime he started a game he wasnt that good, always remember when things didnt go well, he comes in the last 30 min or so and changes the game by scoring important goals, But i guess we have the players now, i believe that Longo will be loan and Livaja will stay, and with that we have enough player, cassano and palacio will cover the spot, as we do have Coutinho who will be able to serve as AMR/L.

We dont need attackers we only need Alvaro from porto do make it complete this season, and i believe when Maicon and JC are sold we will get one more player at the Winter transfer, for now we will be able compete all fronts

Great signing for Inter. With him, Sneijder, Palacio behind Milito, you should score lot more goals than last season. Guarin and anyother CM/DM to support these players.

Coutinho can chip in nicely playing either Sneijder role or Cassano's. Still need back up for Milito though. Team is looking lot lot better than last season.

Yeah. I have said it earlier, I liked (still like) Inter when they were underdogs/Underachievers and also because of Zanetti. I don't support Inter but I like them and I cheer for them in Serie A.
