If plan is to grow step by step then Candreva is perfect signing. He is the top winger what we can afford and lure at the moment.

Hopefully, he can raise our level to CL Footbal and after that we can buy more attractive and more flamboyant player while Candreva can be grateful back up. He somehow reminds me on Milner in City while Mancini was there.
