I've always liked Strama. I don't understand him, but I like him. It's the passion I see in him and the ability to deliver in big games. He makes some strange decisions sometimes, but he also has moments of brilliance (Juve-Guarin, Milan-Schelotto, Catania-Palacio/Cambiasso).
He doesn't seem able to handle the Siena's and Bologna's, but he is young and will learn. One thing I've learned about Strama is that he's not stubborn like many coaches, and will change if he sees a problem. Ok, recently it has taken some time for him to change but inevitably he does. This is why we have so many different line-ups this season,he's trying to get it right.
I think he built a nice team in the summer, but we just don't have enough depth and eventually burned out. Of course injuries and the whole Sneijder situation didn't help. Through all the doom and gloom, look at the positives- we have a great set-up at the back to build on in Handa-Rano-Juan, and of course Zanetti at either RB or LB. Guarin and Kovacic are two excellent mids, and we have a deadly striker in Palacio. We can build a very strong team around these. I'd like to see what Strama can do in the next transfer window. The most important thing is that Strama gets them playing like a team, last night proved that it's possible
