I am serious. The guy gets shit on a lot in these forums but I think he provides a lot to the team.

Yes, I’d absolutely prefer he retire from Chile cause his being on international duty usually results in an injury but when he’s fit and available he gives us something in the last 20 mins of a game.

We struggled all game to wrap it up / secure the game but he wrapped it up despite not being on long and his thanks for securing the points is ‘congrats on your April fools joke goal’.

Because when he comes off the bench he still provides something to the team and that doesn’t mean scoring. I thought everyone would have understood the cost of ‘replacing an overpaid striker’ last year when we signed Correa as his replacement but clearly some of you deserve some more Correa time.

The man does well with the time he’s given. Good enough for me.

god please no. Think River Plate of Argentina wants him. Please go there. Chile plays a lot next season + Copa America..... he will def come back injured for half a season. Unless he plays for us for free I dont want him here

he won't they have no one coming up their youth ranks. He playing for them until the 2028 Copa America at least. They are calling up guys 35+ also the new coach loves old players when he was coaching Peru he had a guy almost 40 starting. Tho Peru has 0 good players ... so not sure I can blame him

Good end to the season as substitute, he contributed to the scudetto just like 2021. Good or bad moments, he contributed his grain of sand to Inter at the end of his career
