Passing Vicario, Trubin, Di Gregorio, Bento to just end up with Audero? I hope not, we will get him.

Inter put #Bento in their sights almost a year ago and hope to obtain an advantageous price, no more than 20 million; otherwise we turn to the Genoan #Martinez . Third option, new loan of #Audero
This is catastrophic business. Bento will eventually cost more than what Juventus paid for the best goalkeeper in the league in Di Gregorio, and even more likely he'll end up in Premier League after us standing around with our thumbs up our asses. Martinez is a 26 year old nothing-burger (7th most conceded goals, 5th worst Saving Percentage), and according to reports Genoa will roughly want 20 million for someone who will never, ever be good enough to even sniff the starting spot.

Awful from management. Di Gregorio was the one and fucking right there, and now our best bet looks like hedging our bets on 35-year old Sommer and (ugh) loaning Audero again and hope someone promising shows up (not likely) before next season.

🚨🇪🇸 Deal for Brazilian Goalkeeper, Bento halted as Inter has now set its sights on Josep Martinez. There has already been an inquiry for the Spanish goalkeeper, and there is room for negotiations with Genoa.

Pathetic, we are so poor and can't close deals. Why even bother scouting if we end up not buying these guys? Like the article says, we are after Bento for a year and now we recognize we don't have the money? Who would have thought? :yao:

I don’t know both of the guys well enough to have any realiable opinion about them (although the story’s and hightligts from Bento look good). But I also doubt Di Gregorio was the answer. As he seems terrible with his feet. We just can’t have that while playing as we do atm. So I can fully understand why we didn’t go for him.

Also let’s just wait and see who’s coming. With Sommer we will be good for at least coming season either way.

Josep Martinez shitty goalkeeper, it's definitely just a substitute for Sommer with no prospect of being the first.

I'd rather have Bartlomiej Dragowski as a backup.

These are just negotiation tactics. No way we go for Martinez.

I have no clue about Bento, always thought we would go for Di Gregorio

Just judging from the highlights of Bento, he really has the potential to go to Allison's level or more.

Di Gregorio is good, but judging from full matches and highlights, one of the reasons his stats are so good has to do with the shots he dealt with, like he is well protected that he can be well prepared for the shots, which sucks cause he is going to be a beast for Jube.

However, if you are looking for a GK to bail our ass when we have brain farts or the opponent has an exemptional attempt (think of Sommers when he bailed us out), Di Gregorio doesn't seem to have those traits, but in terms of other things he is rock solid.

Basically a GK that can change the game outcome.

You guys really need to chill more and cry less. The management knows what they are doing. We're literally the most successful club in recent years when it comes to GK transfers, we turned a suspended for taking banned substances GK into the 2nd most expensive GK ever. Then we had a 35yo 183cm tall GK almost break the clean sheet record.

It was Vicario and Trubin last year, it is Di Gregreio and Bento this year. It will be Carnesecchi, Diego Costa, Mamardashvilli or whoever it will be next year. There's no shortage of good GKs.

I think Sommer Audero still good enough for next season. We must buy striker at the moment rather than spend money for GK. The reason we are out from CL is not because GK, but because our finishing awful.

Audero clause of 6m is triggered? As far as I know he is returning to Samp.
