We don't play like Milan. You would want us to play like Milan?
How do you interpret my request as wanting to play like Milan. So if Milan has an attacking left back and I request one, that means I want to play like them?

I’ve watched countless situations especially vs Man City earlier in the season where we go in transition and theres a lot of space in behind and we dont take advantage, ive seen taremi and thuram find themselves one on one vs defenders and come out with nothing. For a team like us and the way we play, it’s necessary to have a transition threat.

I am not totally convinced in Thuram as a world class player that will help us win CL, but dude scored enough goals he made himself with dribbles and runs that I know he doesn't deserve that criticism. If he wasn't injured, he would score more of those.

Passing when counterattacking is Thurams real weak point

We need a reliable scorer that doesn't command a starting spot. A Julio Cruz type of player. Taremi ain't it, at least this season.
And then we also need to upgrade Correa. Similar characteristics but obviously better output and less injuries.

5th guy can be some young, energetic player.

A mercato dream would be to raid Bologna.

Castro as Lauti sub aka Lautarito, Dan Ndoye as Denzel`s sub(versatile, this guy could be a beast on wing ) and Beukema as new Acerbi.

And to make us filthy favorite, like really filthy

Nico Paz as new Mikhy replacement.

(Would also like Lucca, 2m height, towering beast , great at headers.)

Make Inter Great Again ( We already are though)

Some comparable stats for our strikers this season along with the two we are most heavily linked with. a.png

Pretty sure we gonna get castro. He has a great relationship with lautaro and his price tag will probably be in a ballpark of what we have to spend on a single player.

Still not completely convinced by him, he has certain characteristics that can be useful, but don't know if he is a needle mover we need to get on another level.

I don't think that's the profile they are looking for though. They want young players of potential who can develop into needle movers and the players they are being linked with are of the same profile as Lautaro was when he arrived.

Yeah, but I don't see a high ceiling with castro, that's what I meant when I said a potential needle mover. He strikes me more as a workhorse striker similar to lautaro.

I think he has a different skillset and reminds me more of a more physical version of what we hoped Correa would be. He has an excellent touch, good presence in tight areas in the box, decent in the air, can score from distance and just looks one of those smart. crafty strikers that Argentina seems to specialise in.

Actually castro does have a lot of potential. The guy is a better striker of the ball than Lautaro, great in the air, great hold up play thanks to his physique. He’s very selfish though and lacks dribbling ability.

I prefer a player with more imagination. I know some may see it as unrealistic but I genuinely hope we can work up some formula to get Ekitike or Sesko

If Bologna gets into the Champions League, I doubt they will sell anyone at all.
Our transfer window will go something like this - Jay Idzes, Nicola Zalewski, Petar Sucic, Lorenzo Pellegrini, Federico Chiesa

They qualified for CL last year and immediately sold their top 2 players. They know their place.

I don't really get the Castro hype and would only really want him if we can throw a bunch of youth nobodies in the deal to lower the price.

I saw some rumour that they want 40 mln for him. This is ridiculous price

Good player and wants to come which is what we need with our current geezers happy to rot on the bench and collect a check. Ideally Jonathan David would be willing to sign as number three with the chance to prove himself but I doubt he will do that when he can go elsewhere and start. Castro/Lucca/ will all be better than our current dogshit. 20 and 24 respectively so theyll be eager to prove themself and both have re sale value and could potentially replace Thuram down the road. Lucca gives us a different profile but Castro slots in perfectly as a vice Lautaro and is four years younger. Plus the Argentine connection grows.

Yeah because they know Ausilio will include Asllani for an equally ridiculous evaluation.

We overpaid many times for such kind of players in the past, so I'm not so positive.

Anything over 25mln is not worth it imo

If Bologna continue to qualify for European competition and build their financial base then they will become Atalanta-like, able to demand top dollar because they don’t need the sales to balance their budgets.
