The guy is not even asking much. 3.5 mil salary on a free transfer for 29 years old.

That is the reason why I am already a bit annoyed by Oaktree. 29 years is not old and we are searching for a left-footed CB and we don't have any money. Hermoso is a free agent, fits all the criteria and doesn't cost any transfer fee. He could even be our solution for the central CB position. This transfer would make perfect sense...

You're getting a proven quality cb with 30m, not a kid who has played 15 professional games.

People really need to see it from another point of view then that of a fan. Oaktree does not view things from the same position, for them it’s all investment, meaning everything invested needs to have potential for increasing its value and those create profits. Creating profit isn’t all that likely for 29 year old player, those the players would be deemed too old.

That doesn’t mean they at times will not come to terms with a few of such deals, however as there already 40% of the team who fundamentally have no to little market value, they are obviously not interested in adding more financial deadweight

Not possible, Inter can have 23 on the A list, currently the team has a surplus of one player, that surplus is currently Correa/Buchanan, getting another player means you have a surplus of two that won’t make the CL cut (correa and Buchanan). You really need to consider what position is best to strengthen as you fundamentally only have one spot left due to Buchanan injury!

Only way Inter can have 25 is by fulfilling the home grown requirements.

What we could say is that Inter need to have better quality dept, however that requires an actual working budget, something Inter doesn’t have.

Because injuries happen. Acerbi and Devrij are injury prone these days. If something happens to them, Bastoni or new guy can cover the center.

It was notorious that him/his agent requested a huge singing on fee, so he fired his agent. Do we know if this happened before or after his agent was spotted in Milano?

He probably realised nobody will pay that in Italy and lowered his demands. Worst case scenario he signs up with the Arabs.

On Friday, the DAZN reporter claimed that the player’s agents are in Milano and will hold talks with both Inter and AC Milan.

Accomando has now provided a new update on his X account. He reveals that the meeting between Inter and the player’s entourage has indeed ensued on Friday.
