Not with Oaktree. We may do well with old guard for a few more years. But that's it.
Our current core will keep us atop Serie A for the next 2-3 years but after that I hope we will have new owners. Otherwise we’re back to being irrelevant.

How our team is super young in defense, attack and Gk we pretty much set. We need more MFs in that time but have some interesting prospects out on loan

Gk
Martinez can bench Sommer and does a good job then we are set he only 26
Stank - 22 and 2-3 seasons more out on loan maybe he will be good enough

defense (we need someone to play replace De Vrij/Acerbi will be way too old in 3 years... maybe even next season)
Augusto - 25
Dimarco - 26
Bastoni - 25
Pavard - 28 (CBs dont age as badly)
Dumfries - 28 (... yea we should sell)
Bisseck - 23
Buchanan - 25
Zanotti - 21

MF ( Hopefully Allsani is the answer for Hakan but even at 33/34 think Hakan will still be solid like Modric/Kroos)
Barella - 27
Frattesi - 24
Allsani - 22

Attack (yea we are good here, would love a better forward than Thuram that is more clinical up top but yea think we good unless some insane option comes up just use youth players)
Thuram - 26
Lautaro - 26
Carboni - 20

plus youth guys will keep popping up.

Outside of Dumfries thats 12-14 guys who can be here 6+ seasons or more.

we hopefully bring Fabbian back as well.

With this ballistic young players approach, it brings back good memories like Botta.
Youngsters are good, including them in the squad is good, but the good ones mostly need seed money to invest in.
At the end of the day, moderate approach is good, just don't over do it.

Lol honestly didn't watch this dude at all last season, but when even a falcao law isn't helping than you know we may be getting a pure dud of a player.

when I mention Falcao he was at Atletico Madrid and scored 34 goal for 2 seasons following 2 seasons of 34+ goals at Porto.... you guys it sound like I am asking for Falcao now haha. Till that fktard Ranieri broke him before the 2014 WC playing him against Plummers or 3rd division France

CdS: The Nerazzurri are aiming for a loan deal containing a purchase option. They would aim to have the purchase option be for a fee below €10 million.

The Nerazzurri’s plan is to have the versatile Carlos Augusto to play exclusively at wingback while Buchanan is out.
Let`s see if Hellas agree to the option...

And according to Verona-based newspaper L’Arena, there is a prospective fee in mind.

The newspaper report that the Nerazzurri could sign Cabal for a fee of €8 million as an initial amount, plus €2 million in add-ons.
Sounds realistic.

L’Arena report that the Bianconeri could offer centre-back Facundo Gonzalez as part of a deal for Cabal.

I don’t really get what the plan is for Hermoso if we decided to get him. He’d be a LCB in our setup naturally, no? Well, someone like that doesn’t come to be a bench player and there is already Bastoni there, and he’s not accepting bench either. Unless there is some kind of plan to move one into the center, which is an idea I’m not crazy about, I don’t see the vision unless we just think it’s a good opportunity to add a quality player just for the sake of it.

I’m infinitely more concerned that our direct backup to Dumfries right now is Darmian, who is mainly a RCB at this point in his career— a position in which we already have two excellent players in Pavard and Bisseck.

The idea is that Augusto won't play LCB anymore. He'll be a full time LWB. Hermoso is expensive for a reserve LCB, but with the amount of matches we have next season it would be well worth it.

This is the difference between the truly elite clubs. They can bring capable starters off their bench. We bring mid-table Serie A players like Arnautovic and Darmian.

Yeah, that right side is probably the weakest part of this team, attacking wise, more than in any other way. Unfortunately, I don't see us trying to fix it, at least this summer. That weakness will be apparent and evident especially in cl games.

It's simply that we don't rate Hermoso that much. It's the same when we passed on Kamada who was free and spent big money on Frattesi or Dybala-Lukaku.

Sure, except we won't be spending big money on anyone.
