I think this should be a no brainer. He is levels above the rest of our targets.

3.5m seems fair for him. Based on every potential name list that has surfaced thus far, he remains, in my opinion, the most appropriate option.

If it's really true that he is the one that push for this deal, then it's a great opportunity that will allow us to strengthen our team at a relatively low annual cost.

So this Colombian dude has mostly played as lb and he became a starter at Verona in the last 6 months. Looks like a gamble to me. Then again who could you find with 10m? Hopefully they see high potential in him and we're not going for him just to sign someone young. I am all for bringing youngsters but we shouldn't sign one just for the sake of it.

I prefer we take Cabal and Leoni than Hermoso and Rodriguez. Our starters are way better than the olders and I believe that if our staff is recognizing great potential in the younger option, so they can arrive as 3rd subs and make a progerss in the future.

i really don't even care who we get for the LCB/LWB position, as its only a temporary replacement and Augusto can cover the spot... I'd rather see us get a CB, cause we all know Acerbi, or De Vrij are gonna be missing some games and Acerbi is coming from a surgery, which ain't gonna make him better, plus he's old. And De Vrij can look great, but also fuck up from time to time and I don't really feel confident with him in big games.
Thats also perhaps a reason to not take Hermoso, as its stupid to pay 3M+ for a bench guy for 3 years and putting Bastoni in the middle would be a big mistake.

That won't be the case. As far as I am remember, Hermoso always played as CB when AM still played 4-men defense, and occasionally center in 3-men defense (Witsel on side). So he is closer to CB than Bastoni or Bisseck I would say.

He should be defensive minded enough to play in center.

Hermoso is clear and he is one that Inter needs. I'm okay on Cabal or Kiwior because they are young and can learn a lot at the club. hell no for fucking Ricardo Rodriguez, average (and specially oldest) foreigner like him should go away from Inter and Italian football.

Very simplistic answer and it's a lot more complex than this but we've been spending a lot more money than we make. We're constantly in the red.

This signals clear intention that he wants Inter. Would be highly tempted to take him! If Marotta is serious about those UCL statements, you take players like this. Time to re-open the Hermoso thread?

I also like Cabal's determination and long legs. If there are 10M available - buy and loan him out in Italy.

Looks like one of his highlights is committing a foul on Thuram that he doesnt touch the ball .... all the good highlights are from the Colombian league and think he slide tackled in 80% of that video....... The Green Uniform is Atletico Nacional (Pablos old team) but the one that most the best players come from..

haha as a colombian I just know who this kid is because he in in Fifa and I start the game with Modena haha and only Colombian I can afford . Now that all the big Italian teams want him everyone like O yea he god like.

I mean everyone looks good in highlight videos. I think him moving from LB to CB helped him out a lot but not enough to be an inter quality player haha and hasn't even been a starter very long so 10m for him seems like a lot of money. Like we buy him and it's pretty much like FK our youth team. Tho it did say we can use youth players to buy him.

He was also a LB and plays LCB. So are we using him as a bastoni sub? Don't we have Augusto ? I dont think he can play in the middle. Also at 6'1 he isnt super tall for a CB. I did watch the Verona games to see him play. He looks fine but again the jump from this team to inter is massive.

I thought we were looking for someone to Replace De Vrij or Acerbi and this kid defiantly is not it
