Brozo is more defensively solid and runs a fuckton but Hakan offers a bit more going forward while still being sound defensively himself. It’s a tough one. Our best midfield this season Barella-Hakan-Mkhi by a long shot IMO

UCL Final really show that Brozo and Hakan should not play together. Curiously I rather start Hakan than Brozo simply because Hakan is more useful during dead ball situation. And we need a Sensi like player to start alongside Barella. That final I saw how City player are really comfortable dribbling the ball against our players while our player did not (only Barella)

And yet Brozovic is the only midfielder of ours who showed up to the CL final. Oh, and Mkhitaryan did more in 7 minutes than Barella and Calhanoglu combined for the entire game.

Not that this refutes anything you're saying. This is indeed our last chance to get any kind of money for Broz. But just saying.

If Broz hadn't got injured last season i wouldn't even consider selling him. I love the guy and from a fan perspective i would like him to retire at Inter. He's a legend for me.

But if he's gonna have another long term injury then we're gonna regret not selling him.

I don’t want to lose Brozovic but that is indeed what will happen if SMS/ Frattesi come in.

Although I can’t lie— a Barella, Calhanoglu, SMS/ Frattesi midfield does look awesome on paper doesn’t it?

Leaning toward the SMS option. The Frattesi option costs money and young players. If the latter option is just for loans then ok.
