Pupi at home while Jonas Gutierez was starting at RB. Samuel getting benched by Burdisso and Milito by Higuain. Calling it a travesty is an understatement. That was football hubris.

Milito, in the form of his life, not getting any playing time was the real tragedy imo.

Nah, Argentina has a good batch coming over the next 5 years. It's Messi's last chance, but Argentina has higher chances in the next 2 World Cups which Lautaro could feature in. At least he should be a lock for the next one as well.

still does not feel like we are about to start such a massive tournament. Went in to a Sports shop the other day, All the England shirts, retro etc, Were near the door. That made me think, Yeah, About to begin.
