As for contracts and bonuses, has anyone ever heard of KPI's and salary reductions based on performance? I wonder if this can ever be used....Clubs seem to always be on the losing end, when players contracts are win, win.

Yeah that cost is pretty much the same, but I think Sanchez would be more usefull and Correa might have good loan and we might get offer for him next summer?

If I remember right Arsenal made official bid to Correa €20m and Everton was also after Correa last summer? So there might be still someone who rate him? Of course his salary now is higher than what it was at Lazio and maybe he would resist a move cause he like to play with Lautaro/Dybala?

Too me it's a big gamble to bring Lukaku back and sacrifice a great Mid and CB for him. It's not like the fight for title was 10 points off or something. A few games of adjusting/catching up should be enough for the title race. Hell, this way even Sanchez with his salary can stay one more year and contribute to the attack, when needed. Basically, Lukaku's reduced wage without loan or obligation to buy.
