Paredes is good, not sure if he would accept our bench. Let Mourinho have XhakaThis according to Italian news outlet Calciomercato.com, who list five players on the Nerazzurri’s radar who could have the right profile to deputize for the Croat in the squad.
The importance of Brozovic in the team was dramatically underlined by how Inter were overrun in midfield during Sunday’s Serie A loss to Sassuolo, with Nicolo Barella not really able to replicate his contributions.
As such, the Nerazzurri could aim to bring in a player to back up the 29-year-old, with Hoffenheim’s Florian Grillitsch, Paris Saint-Germain’s Leandro Paredes, Arsenal’s Granit Xhaka, Fiorentina’s Sofyan Amrabat, and Sporting CP’s Joao Palhinha among their potential targets.
Grillitsch is out of contract in the summer, with Roma and AC Milan among his suitors, whilst Paredes sees his deal with PSG run out at the end of June 2023 and has been linked with Inter in the past.
Meanwhile, Xhaka sees his contract in London expire at the end of June 2024, and the likes of Amrabat and Palhinha could likely be signed from their current clubs for the right offer.
Paredes has been linked to Inter like forever. If there was a possibility of him joining Inter that time has passed. Earns too much now and won't accept a bench role.I would like Paredes at Inter but he will never accept our bench + he earns 6.5M I thought?
Maybe mention it a few more times, I'm sure your OCD won't get old.Are we moving the Players Suggestion thread in here?
Kessie will end up at Juventus anyway
He's what you could call a box to box player. How would you describe his profile as a player? I really don't know him apart from the odd highlights
To me this sounds like he is overratedHe's what you could call a box to box player.
Not really impressive skills but can control and hold the ball, passing isn't great but at least he's not misplacing easy ones, shooting is decent enough, he's quite strong but very clumsy in one on one situations.
He's not good enough to play DM, especially alone there, but he can help control a midfield. Not technically gifted to play further up.
He's basically what we wanted Gagliardini to be and many times we couldn't separate them during and after Atalanta. It's more of a character difference than a skill one.
Maybe we have to wait a little longer to see where the rumors go. Frattesi alone is not enough to reinforce the midfield for sure. Not only we need depth, we need players who could give our starting trio a challenge. We have no vice Brozo in the squad and Barella and Hakan and even Brozo could go through phases of underwhelming performances. Its a little quiet..
Gags, Vecino most likely leaving. Sensi, Eriksen already left and we all hope Vidal is added to this list.
Perisic/Brozovic 50/50, think all us fans would like them to stay.
Five midfielders possibly 7 including Perisic/Brozo and whispers of Frattesi to replace them all wtf is management playing at?
Brozo is much higher then 50%. It's 99% that he is staying. Its a little quiet..

If we bring in more midfielders I'm sure the reason why there haven't been more rumours about it is because we are still trying to secure the Sassuolo double buy and we are waiting for the market to open to see who would be available on the cheap or on loan.
We'd be crazy to go through yet another season without a proper Brozovic sub.

I really like him. Not sure atalanta would sell so soon. What are your thoughts on Koopmeiners?
I like him a lot. When he was still at Alkmaar i wanted him as a Brozo backup. He has still managed to surprise me this season in the advanced role he plays at Atalanta. If he's within our budget, we should definitely go for him. What are your thoughts on Koopmeiners?
