Rumours is now scamacca and belotti. Super haul if we pull it off. Hope scamacca is actually good. A bit overloaded in front though - even if we let Sanchez go which I'd kind of prefer not to (needs to decrease his salary)

Dzeko/Belotti + Lautaro/Correa and Sanchez as a “Jack of all trades” type to throw in to unlock a defense would be a really good forward line.

Multiple options and at least 1 good dribbler on the field at any one time.

Never going to happen though, unless by some miracle Lotito/Cairo accept a loan + obligation for either.

In theory if you get Belotti you would have the funds to get Insigne as well. Not that i think ADL would sell but it's something to take into consideration.

At this point i am ok with either Correa or Belotti at the rumored transfer fees . 25m plus 5m bonuses for Correa is actually a great offer for Lazio considering Correa situation. Correa isn't worth more than that. It's just Lotito wants, as usual, the buyer to ridiculously overpay for one of his players.

15m is also the right price for Belotti. It's worth taking a gamble on Belotti for 15m but not for more.

I would not pay ADL a cent for Insigne but would offer him a €6m contract next summer on a free, as I doubt ADL will match that offer.
Mertens was very close, ADL managed to keep him. However, Insigne might have had enough of him and he is younger, might be ideal Sanchez replacement next summer.

Just a bluff from Marotta to force Lotito's hand. I doubt there's anything serious with Belotti as he was always very low on Inter's list. Marotta knows Lotito can't afford to play hardball and keep the player at Lazio. Correa is unsettled at Lazio, he's a bad fit for Sarri and Lazio need to raise funds from his sale to sign Kostic.

It takes patience, but there is trust. Lazio ask for 35 million, Inter offer 30, bonuses would be needed and agent Alessandro Lucci is working to close the gap. Update on Andrea Belotti: we had him on the Inter squad five days ago, a bit surprising. And for sure it is a solution, but there are no agreements with Torino, rather the willingness to talk about it. However, Inter want to go all the way for the main objective. And Scamacca? There will eventually be time to talk about it, based on the possibility of making a double striker as anticipated last Sunday.

He would be way too expensive. What did Lille pay for him last year? 25-30 million?

If we would somehow sign Belotti and Insigne on the cheap (15 + 20 million or something) I would consider that as a great solution for our attack.

Add Nandez to the midfield and we are set for the season.

I obviously don't want to overpay, but Correa is the only player we're linked to that I think adds anything for us.

If we sign Insigne, I fully expect to be loaning him back to Napoli in a couple years time with us paying half his wages

I really hope I'm wrong about Belotti but I think he's been largely shit for 5 years now, just scoring penalties to pad his numbers

Scamacca is a bench player.
