I have what's his name ignored, so I missed that gem until you quoted it.

That's some of the dumbest shit I've ever read. The board is responsible to buy who we want? Jesus Christ, some of you people are delusional. You're not fucking shareholders, you're fans. You don't like it the product Inter is supplying, don't buy it.

All you've done here is drawn random conclusions from rumours in the press. You also say that the club has the final say, which is not quite true since a player can always refuse a transfer, play out his contract and then move wherever he wants. Its the same point that I raised earlier... in the end the club works with the cooperation with the player when a transfer is done.

2- prove to me that we did actually try!
I understand your point of view, but no one outside the club can know for sure who we are actually interested in. For this reason we cannot know for sure if we did or didn't try to sign a player, and its really a pointless argument.

3- with a transfer fee as low as 3 mil u know there was no competition!!
Not necessarily. The reason the transfer fee was so low was because the kid was coming to the end of his contract (a similar situation as what Montolivo is in now and the reason he will go for cheap too even though apparently us, Milan and Juve all want to sign him). Afellay obviously wanted to leave at the end of it, so the club did what was in its best interest and sold him. Sahin had a release clause in his contract which was very low so he of course went for a low price too. Just because the final transfer fee was low doesn't mean a lot of clubs weren't interested.

so kaka wanted to stay at milan.. thats a random conclusions from rumours in the press??
fabregas wanting to go to barcelona is a random conclusions from rumours in the press??

i think everybody knows for sure that kaka didnt want to go to madrid and fabregas wants to go to barcelona

CLUB HAS THE FINAL SAY IN THE TRANSFER!!! PERIOD!!

also abt affelay i think if there was any competition in signing him, he wud've gone for more than that. 3 milion is close to nothing. wat was the original price? 1 milion? inter bid 2 and then barca bid 3 and affelay ended up at barca? but anyways no one can know for sure. my point is even if there was some bidding from inter side why didnt they go higher?? we cud've gone 1 or 2 milion higher than the 3 mil that barca offered. now affelay cud easily go for 15 mil. we missed a great talent, also we missed an opportunity for investment

I like Prince very much, he's fast, strong, determined and I was like :palm: when I saw him doing really good in milan, in derby he was a beast.

But he's an idiot already declared his everlasting love for merda, he was supposed to tatto merda badge on his ass or something, plus I believe he made some bad comments on Leonardo move

If the club always has the final say, then Kaka would be at Man City, not Real.

Players clearly have a huge say in their transfers, no one's dumb enough to deny that. Usually teams don't even bother negotiating unless they know a player will accept. All they have to do is say the word, and they can call off any transfer they want by refusing to sign the contract. Man City don't just have to pay big fees to the clubs, they have to offer ridiculous wages to entice the players to sign there. No, Robinho didn't want to go to Man City. Then they offered him 200k a week, and he miraculously agreed to sign. Too bad for them that wasn't enough to lure Kaka.

Afellay's sale price doesn't mean shit. Afellay had ALL the leverage in that situation as he could leave for free in 6 months. He was clearly in a position where he could choose his destination and he chose Barca. We'll never know how hard Inter tried to sign him, but his sale price doesn't prove anything. If he wanted Barca, we could have offered 50 mil and it wouldn't have mattered. Afellay could just say "No thanks, I'll leave for free in June and go wherever the fuck I want" and PSV couldn't do a damn thing about it.

Banega to me is the best alternative to Sahin in the box-to-box mid role. Valencia was the best team is the last 2 seasons in keeping possession against Farca largely thanks to him, plus he's Argentinean which is always a plus for us.

But he won't be coming cheap...
Now when i think about it,if we buy Banega we cant buy Tevez and Sanchez, right?

Not sure if he has an EU passport. Sancez isn't part of this dilemma anyway since there is no limit on players in Serie A regardless of nationality.

if u remember milan said that they got an offer from man city for 100 mil but they rejected it and they said if we r gonna lose kaka better to lose him to a good team not man city!!

milan rejected the deal from man city not kaka! kaka wanted to stay at milan!! milan needed money so thats why they sold him

maicon desperately wanted to go to madrid and be with mourinho but moratti said No!!

then why the hell he is giving us heart attack and doesnt sign that stupid contract of his already!!

Banega would be amazing signing. I think we could get him for little over 20m€. His contract expires in 2013 and they are trying to renew. Now would be the time to try to get him.

he's a good passer, problem is he's timid about it, all in all he's alright but would rather Banega or Rakitic or both :)
& then BANG, goal.com has an article linking us to Banega :D ok, which one of you guys is Fabio Costantino from fcinternews? :finger:
