Duccio..... Click on your pro in pro clubs, press R2 to navigate though the menus until you get to 'accessories' and the very first option there is 'select boots'. For the love of god please upgrade from the default ea boots.

You need to be careful of the double tap shot though. Last night somtimes when you got a chance you spammed the shoot button which in this fifa causes your shot to be mishit (and your icon to flash red if you noticed this). Try to just press the shoot button once.
