Tbh, I will be satisfied but not happy if we just about secure a top 4. The number of defeats we have are inexcusable and the fact that we are talking about top 4 rather than top 2 is disappointing

In theory top 2 is a realistic target. It's likely Juve will get a points deduction while we're just 1 point behind Lazio who seem to be on a mini crisis. Not easy as we have a tough schedule but not impossible either.

I agree, He is not as dumb as he appears.

But he is in a very strange scenario and you cannot deny that. Losing the final in CL and being out of CL contention for next season, although being with a Coppa Italia winner is really not a great situation to be in. Maybe the Inter management will forgive him for that and even i am not sure whether to appreciate him or curse him, if he lands in that.

So the only option for him remains to be CL winner and only situation which he can redeem himself. And that is really a high high standard in this situation even if you are a Mourinho,Lippi or a Capello.

If only the Correa money was used differently, it would've been easier to defend Inzaghi. I've been telling you, I don't really think most of our issues this season come from Inzaghi, it's the thin squad and players being unsure about their futures that are the main problems.

With some smart sells and even smarter buys Inzaghi's Inter can be a force to reckon with for the next 5 seasons at least. I really like Onana, but he can bring the most money right now and we have a possibility to get Vicario. And so on..

Tbh for me it was fighting in the top 2 with maybe contesting first, rather than scraping top 2. Obviously the way the season has actually gone Napoli have mostly run away with the league but still.

I've been supportive of Inzaghi, but he isn't perfect and some of the critiques he got on FIF are well founded.

You aren't adding anything really to the debate acting like a man-baby. ALL. THE. TIME. It's really jarring, dude. Take it from me, it isn't appealing to read this kinda of posts all the time.

You can put him on the ignore list, it makes the forum more tolerable. I did it with several members who add nothing but constant whining and cursing to this forum. Once in a while I unblock them to see if anything has changed. When I see it's the same nonsense, I put them right back there. It's quite annoying to read the same angry bitchy negative rubbish over and over again.

Two months is a long time in football.

I value people a lot more who change their opinions based on what they are seeing /presented with, rather than dig in.

He's done an incredible job lately. If we get top 4 and a UCL final, as well as coppa, it's a fantastic season. Lots of regrets about that horrible spell in February / march, but every manager has suffered this at inter in recent past, even conte in his first season.

If I'm correct, this is only our third UCL semi final since 1972ish? That's some achievement

Because it looked like he lost the squad. Now the things have changed, the team is clicking well again, and if he can lead us to CL final and qualification for next season, he should stay.imo.

honestly all this is working in inzaghi's favor is showing that the players (forwards mainly) were more responsible for the shitshow that was happening few weeks ago. We're creating same amount of chances, we just happen to finish the chances early. you just know if this exact game happened 4 weeks ago, we would not have scored those two goals and messias would score and we would lose 0-1.

The only cup competition his inter has got knocked out of, so far, is last year's champions league to finalists Liverpool, and narrowly at that. If sanchez doesn't get sent off who knows what happens.
